Central now manufactures the smallest surface mount packaged transistors available today. These four new small signal devices have been designed for general purpose amplification and switching applications. The SOT-523 package offers an approximate 66% reduction in size, compared to the SOT-23, while maintaining the same power dissipation of 250mW as the previous generation  SOT-323 SUPERminiT devices.
