Central now manufactures the smallest surface mount packaged diodes available today. These four components have been designed for general purpose applications, and include high voltage, high speed, ultra low leakage and Schottky devices. The SOD-523 package offers an approximate 60% reduction in size, compared to the SOD-123 while maintaining the same power dissipation of 250mW as the previous generation SOD-323 SUPERminiT devices.
