New Extended Range of SUPERminiT Zener Diodes in the SOD-323 package...

Central Semiconductor Corp. has extended the voltage range of the SUPERminiT CMDZ Series of Zener diodes packaged in the SOD-323 surface mount case. This series now covers a range of voltages from 1.8V (CMDZ1L8) to 47V (CMDZ47L), and all devices have been specified with a low Test Current (IZT) of 500 µA. The CMDZ Series of low level Zener diodes are high quality voltage regulators designed for applications requiring a low operating current, low leakage, and a sharp knee.
