Dual SUPERminiT DMOS FETs in an SOT-26 package...

Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMXDM7002A Dual SUPERminiT N-Channel Enhancement-mode DMOS FET in the SOT-26 surface mount package. This new device offers improved specifications compared to the industry standard 2N7002 device and features a low maximum VDS (ON) of 1.0 Volt. Manufactured by the N-Channel DMOS Process the CMXDM7002A is perfect for motor control, high speed pulsed amplifier and general purpose line driver applications. This special Dual DMOS FET device was designed as a result of a specific customers demand and is an example of Central Semiconductor's commitment to custom, special and selected discrete devices. In addition, the CMXDM7002A offers a space savings of over 50% vs. two individual SOT-23 devices. Central will continue to explore designs which empower the designer with better, smaller and more efficient device options while continuing to support devices as a desirable second source to existing designs. For such existing designs Central also manufactures the CMPDM7002A single device version in the SOT-23 package.
