Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMPSH1-4 Power Schottky Rectifier.  Offering a Forward Current of 1 Amp and packaged in the SOT-23F case, this new device is one of the smallest Schottky Rectifiers available today.  In addition, through the development of the new flat leaded SOT-23F package, the CMPSH1-4 has a nominal profile of 0.9mm while retaining the same mounting pad dimensions of the industry standard SOT-23. This new device is the first member of a new family of devices called SUBONE T.  All members of this family offer a profile of less than 1.0 millimeter and are perfect for many of today's portable electronic products.
