NEW PICOminiT Transistors in SOT-563...

Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the introduction of the new PICOminiT Family of surface mount devices. These devices are the next generation of smaller, higher density discrete semiconductors manufactured by Central. These PICOminiT devices in the SOT-563 package boast the same small signal specifications as the larger SOT-363 or SOT-26 devices, but require less circuit board space. The first devices to be released in this new family are the CMLT series of small signal transistors packaged in the SOT-563 package
