MMPQ Quad Transistors in the SOIC-16 Package...


Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the new MMPQ series of Quad Transistors in the SOIC-16 Surface Mount package.  These devices have been manufactured as an exact "drop on" second source for the Industry Standard MMPQ series of Quad Transistors.  This device offers four electrically isolated small signal transistors in a 16-pin surface mount IC package.
