Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of a new series of Low Level Zener Diodes in the SOD-123 package. The CMHZ4678 thru CMHZ4717 series offers low current capabilities with a voltage range from 1.8 to 43 Volts.  The CMHZ4614 thru CMHZ4627 and CMHZ4099 thru CMHZ4125 provide a range from 1.8 to 47 Volts with low level and low noise characteristics.  Designed to replace the SOD-80 version, these new devices fit directly on existing SOD-80 mounting pads.  The above series are high quality voltage regulators, perfect for today's portable battery powered products, requiring a low operating current and low reverse leakage current.  These new devices, along with the CMHZ5221B thru CMHZ5265B series complete the Zener Diode family in the SOD-123 package.
