Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the new low noise, high gain CMKT5078, CMKT5087 and CMKT5088 DUAL  ULTRAminiT  Transistors.  Packaged in the SOT-363 surface mount package these devices offer a space savings over two of the single SOT-23 devices and are perfect for many of today's portable electronic products. The CMKT5088 consists of two NPN Transistors and the CMKT5087 consists of two PNP Transistors.  The CMKT5078 includes one NPN and one PNP Transistor.  In addition these devices have a nominal profile of 0.9mm and are members of the new SUBONE T family of devices manufactured by Central.  These new SUBONE T devices all feature a profile of less than 1.0mm.
