Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of six new DUAL ULTRAminiT Transistors
packaged in the SOT-363 surface mount case. These new devices include the following:
CMKT2222A  - Dual NPN Transistors 
CMKT2907A  - Dual PNP Transistors
CMKT2207    - Complementary NPN and PNP
                       Transistors
CMKT3904    -  Dual NPN Transistors
CMKT3906    -  Dual PNP Transistors
CMKT3946    -  Complementary NPN and PNP
                        Transistors.
Designed to afford the design engineer the flexibility to further reduce circuit board size while retaining the same functionality as CMXT Series devices in the SOT-26 package. In addition these devices have a nominal profile of 0.9mm and are SUBONET certified.  Certified devices all feature a profile of less than 1.0 millimeter.SUBONET
