Dual Transistors in SOT-26Case...


Central Semiconductor announces the release of a new family of Dual Transistors in an SOT-26 surface mount package. This new SUPERminiT series has been designed to replace the need for 2 individual SOT-23 devices. The integration of two devices in a single SOT-26 case utilizes approximately 60% less board space than 2 individual SOT-23 packages.
