Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMKSH-3DO Dual Opposing Polarity ULTRAminiT Schottky Diode in the six lead SOT-363 surface mount package. This new device consists of two individual galvanically isolated diodes with opposing polarities. The CMKSH-3DO features a low forward voltage drop of 0.45 volts max and is perfect for hand held or portable electronic devices requiring a high speed switching or voltage clamping application. As direct equivalents to the ON Semi MBD54DWT1 and Philips BAT74S, the Central CMKSH-3DO is a perfect second source for existing production demand.
