Through the development of the new CP319 chip, this new CZTA44HC 400 Volt, High Current Transistor increases the current handling capability to 2.0 Amps from the 300mA of the existing CZTA44 device, while keeping the device in the same SOT-223 package.  Both the CZTA44 and CZTA44HC offer an extremely high V_CEO of 400 Volts max. The CZTA44HC was designed to satisfy Engineer's requests for a higher current version of the popular CZTA44, without increasing its size.
