Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the new CZT2680 250 Volt, 1.5 Amp High Speed Switching NPN Transistor. This new addition to the POWER223T family of power transistors combines both high voltage and high speed switching characteristics in a low profile SOT-223 surface mount package. The CZT2680 is perfect for typical applications such as drivers and general high voltage switching applications. Manufactured utilizing the epitaxial planar process, this device offers superior reliability and performance. The CZT2680 complements the existing range of NPN power devices manufactured by CentralT. Other devices in this range include the CZT3150 (NPN, 50V/5A), CZT3120 (NPN, 120V/3A) and CZT31C (NPN, 100V/3A).
