Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMXZ2V4TO Series of Triple Isolated Zener Diodes arranged in an alternating configuration and packaged in a surface mount SOT-26 case. These new voltage regulator diodes are designed for use in industrial, commercial, entertainment and computer applications. Zener voltages (VZ) in this series range from 2.4 to 47 volts. The CMXZ2V4TO series replaces the need for three individual devices, saving circuit board space and assembly cost. The SOT-26 utilizes approximately 54% less board space than three individual SOD-123 devices.

The CMXZ2V4TO Series Zener diodes are available Bulk Packed or 3,000 pcs on 7" Tape & Reel. Prices start at $0.16 each for 3,000 pcs on a 7" reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
