November 17, 2005 - Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMXSTB series of surface mount stabistors packaged in the SOT-26 case. The Series consists of the CMXSTB200 (1.2V), CMXSTB300 (1.8V), and CMXSTB400 (2.5V). These devices function as very low voltage Zener diodes and are ideal for voltage regulating, bias stabilizing, sensing, clipping, clamping, comparing, and meter protection applications.
Special selection of DC parameters including VF at various test conditions is available upon request.
The CMXSTB Series devices are available Bulk Packed or 3,000 pcs on 7" Tape & Reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
