Central now manufactures a new complementary pair of 1 Amp high gain transistors packaged in a standard SOT-23 case.  The CMPT491E (NPN) and the CMPT591E (PNP) are enhanced versions of the FMMT491 and FMMT591 devices.  These new devices offer a higher h_FE of 250 min., while keeping all other specifications equivalent.  These devices are suited for a wide array of high current amplifier applications requiring a low V_CE (Sat).
