Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMKSH2-4LR triple isolated low V_F Schottky diodes packaged in a space saving ULTRAmini™ SOT-363 surface mount case. This new device consists of three (3) isolated, low V_F Schottky diodes, with a maximum continuous forward current of 200mA (per diode), a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V, and a typical forward voltage of 0.35V @ 100mA. Designed for switching applications requiring a low forward voltage drop, this device is ideal for portable hand held applications. The CMKSH2-4LR utilizes 75% less board space than three (3) individually packaged SOD-123 devices.

The CMKSH2-4LR is available Bulk Packed or 3,000 pcs on 7” Tape & Reel. Prices for the CMKSH2-4LR start at $0.16 each for 3,000 pcs on a 7” reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
