Central Semiconductor now manufactures two new 0.5 Amp Schottky rectifiers in a SOD-123 surface mount package. These rectifiers are designed for fast switching, high current applications and available with a peak reverse voltage of 40 Volts or 20 Volts (with low V_F).  The SOD-123 package is a direct replacement to the SOD-80 case and offers improved onsertion characteristics.
