Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMEDA-6i Quad Diode Array. This new device consists of a monolithic chip with four, 60V, 250mA isolated high speed switching diodes in an eight lead SOT-28 surface mount package. With a superior DVF matching of 30mV (max), low capacitance of 3pF and a fast switching speed of 100ns (max), the CMEDA-6i is perfect for the latest computer and peripheral equipment circuits requiring uniform response characteristics for critical design applications. In addition, this new SUPERminiT device utilizes 67% less board space than four individual SOD-123 devices and boasts a low profile height of 1.45mm max.
