Description
Central Semiconductor’s CSHD8-60 (60V), CSHD8-100 (100V)
and CSHD8-200 (200V) devices are silicon Schottky rectifiers with an 8A forward current rating and superior high reverse voltage capability of 60V, 100V or 200V respectively. The exceptional electrical characteristics of these devices makes them the ideal solution for high efficiency, high voltage applications such as solid state lighting, DC-DC converters, and a host of other power management uses.
