The CMRDM3590 is a dual, N-Channel Enhancement-mode MOSFET packaged in the space saving SOT-963 surface mount case. This device has two individual isolated 20V, 160mA MOSFETs allowing for alternative design considerations and maximum efficiency of board space. The maximum r_DS(ON) of the device is 3.0Ω at a test condition of I_D=100mA and V_GS=4.5V. Circuit applications included: load power switches, power supply converters, and other power management applications.

The CMRDM3590 in the miniature SOT-963 case has a 16% lower profile (0.5mm) than the SOT-563 (0.6mm) and utilizes 61% less board space. This device is an ideal choice for small electronic products, including: cell/smart phones, MP3 music players, medical test equipment, bar code scanners, PDAs, and notebook computers.
