Description
The Central Semiconductor CMLDM7484 consists of complementary 30V, 450mA N-Channel and P-Channel MOSFETs, packaged in the space saving 6 lead SOT-563 surface mount case. This energy efficient device is an integrated solution designed for circuits requiring N-Channel and P-Channel MOSFETs with close comparable electrical characteristics. The CMLDM7484 offers low rDS(ON) and low threshold voltage.
