Description
Central Semiconductor's CFSH01-30L is a high quality 30V, 100mA low VF Schottky diode packaged in the space saving, low profile SOD-882L. This device was designed for applications where ultra small size and energy efficiency are prime requirements and is ideal for portable handheld products. The performance characteristics of the CFSH01-30L have been optimized for logic level applications where board space is at a preminum.
