Designed for applications where ultra small size with reasonable power dissipation is a prime requirement, the CFSH-4 is ideal for portable battery powered application such as: DC-DC converters, switching circuits, and LCD backlighting. With its bottom contacts, as opposed to protruding leads, the SOD-882L TLP™ utilizes 58% less board space than the SOD-523 package, and has a maximum package profile of 0.4mm..
