Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of two new Multi Discrete ModuleT devices, which combine an isolated transistor and an isolated rectifier manufactured in the TLM832D Tiny Leadless ModuleT (TLMT) package. The CTLM1034-M832D is comprised of a 40V, 1.0A low
VCE(SAT) NPN transistor and 40V, 1.0A low VF Schottky rectifier.
The complementary CTLM1074-M832D is comprised of a 40V, 1.0A low VCE(SAT) PNP transistor and 40V, 1.0A low VF Schottky rectifier. Both devices are ideal for a wide variety of portable battery powered circuit applications including: DC-DC converters, switching circuits, and LCD backlighting. End products include: cell phones/smart phones, digital cameras, notebook PCs, MP3 players, etc. |
