World's First Temperature Compensated Zener
The new Central Semiconductor CMKTC825A is the World's first Temperature Compensated Zener in the SOT-363 surface mount package. The CMKTC825A provides a highly stable reference voltage of 6.2V with only a small voltage change of less than 0.28mV/°C over the temperature range of -55°C to +100°C. |

CMXSTB300 and CMXSTB400 types are very low
voltage multi-chip silicon diodes with extremely
stable forward voltage characteristics. These
devices are ideal for voltage regulation, sensing,

Schottky Diodes
Dual Pair - CMXSH2-4LS
The Central Semiconductor CMXSH2-4LS consists of two(2) pair of Low VF silicon Schottky diodes configured in series. This device is packaged in a SUPERmini™ SOT-26 surface mount case. The CMXSH2-4LS can be ulilized as a bridge rectifier by use of an optional mounting pad geometry.
Triple - CMKSH2-4LR
The Central Semiconductor CMKSH2-4LR contains
three (3) isolated Low VF silicon Schottky diodes, packaged in an ULTRAmini™ SOT-363 surface mount case. In addition, this device has a reverse pinout configuration compared to a standard triple diode device.
