The Central Semiconductor CMKBR-6F is the world's smallest silicon bridge rectifier packaged in the SOT-363 surface mount case. This new device consists of a monolithic, fast switching chip with four, 60V, 140mA high speed, low leakage switching diodes, configured as a full wave bridge rectifier. With a low capacitance of 5pF, low leakage of 10nA (max.), and a fast switching speed of 1.0µs (typ.), the CMKBR-6F is perfect for the latest computer and peripheral equipment circuits requiring efficient uniform response characteristics for critical design applications. In addition, this new device utilizes 69% less board space than four individual SOD-123 devices and has a low profile (height) of 0.9mm. Order samples here.

The Central Semiconductor CMXSTB200 (1.2V), CMXSTB300 (1.8V), and CMXSTB400 (2.5V) function as very low voltage Zener diodes and are ideal for voltage regulating, bias stabilizing, sensing, clipping, clamping, comparing, and meter protection applications.
