  • CMKBR-6F: World's Smallest Bridge Rectifier in the SOT-363 package.
  • CMXSTB Series: New Surface Mount Stabistors in the SOT-363.
  • New Online Enhanced SMD Selection Guide.

The Central Semiconductor CMKBR-6F is the world's smallest silicon bridge rectifier packaged in the SOT-363 surface mount case. This new device consists of a monolithic, fast switching chip with four, 60V, 140mA high speed, low leakage switching diodes, configured as a full wave bridge rectifier. With a low capacitance of 5pF, low leakage of 10nA (max.), and a fast switching speed of 1.0µs (typ.), the CMKBR-6F is perfect for the latest computer and peripheral equipment circuits requiring efficient uniform response characteristics for critical design applications. In addition, this new device utilizes 69% less board space than four individual SOD-123 devices and has a low profile (height) of 0.9mm.
