Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of two new Multi Discrete Module™ devices, which combine an isolated transistor and an isolated rectifier manufactured in the TLM832D Tiny Leadless Module™ (TLM™) package. The CTLM1034-M832D is comprised of a 40V, 1.0A low VCE(SAT) NPN transistor and 40V, 1.0A low VF Schottky rectifier. The complementary CTLM1074-M832D is comprised of a 40V, 1.0A low VCE(SAT) PNP transistor and 40V, 1.0A low VF Schottky rectifier.
The CTLM1034-M832D and CTLM1074-M832D are available on 7” Tape & Reel. Prices start at US$0.22 each for 3,000 pieces of the CTLM1034-M832D on 7” Tape & Reel and US$0.24 each for 3,000 pieces of the CTLM1074-M832D on 7” Tape & Reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
