| The CMAD4448 is a high quality 120V, 250mA High Speed Switching diode with a typical switching speed (trr) of 2.0ns and less than 4.0ns. Designed for applications requiring a high speed switching diode in an ultra small package, the CMAD4448 in the SOD-923 utilizes 55% less board space as compared to the SOD-523 package, and has a 48% lower package profile making it ideal for most portable handheld electronic devices such as: SMART phones, Cell phones, Digital Cameras, PDAs, and MP3 players.
The CMAD4448 is available on 7” Tape & Reel. Prices start at US$0.09 each for 8,000 pieces on 7” Tape & Reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
