description
The CMAD6001 is a high quality 100V, 250mA diode with an extremely low leakage current (IR) of 0.5nA max., a low capacitance of 2.0pF (max), and packaged in the tiny SOD-923 package. This device is designed for applications requiring an energy efficient diode in an ultra small package. The CMAD6001 in the FEMTOmini™ SOD-923 package utilizes 55% less board space compared to the SOD-523 package, and with a maximum height of 0.41mm, is 48% lower in profile making it ideal for the latest applications for Industrial and Telecom designs. Circuit applications include: reverse polarity protection, signal line protection, secondary side rectification, inverters, DC regulators, and power management applications.

The CMAD6001 is available on 7” Tape & Reel. Prices start at US$0.09 each for 8,000 pieces on 7” Tape & Reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
