| The Central Semiconductor CBRSDSH5-40 is a new Schottky Bridge Rectifier package in the SMDIP case. This energy efficient device is the world’s first surface mount 5A, 40V full wave bridge rectifier with an exceptionally low VF of 0.37V and an outstanding IR of 40µA. The CBRSDSH5-40 is ideal for a broad range of solid state lighting and power management applications. |

| In addition, the CBRSDSH5-40 utilizes 56% less board space compared to four individual Schottky rectifiers in the SMC package. This bridge rectifier provides an ideal solution for the increasing number of applications with limited board space. Pricing for the CBRSDSH5-40 starts at US$ 0.24 each for 1,000 pcs on 13” tape and reel. Sample devices are available upon request. |
