| The Central Semiconductor CMRDM3590 is a dual, N-Channel Enhancement-mode MOSFET packaged in the space saving SOT-963 surface mount case. This device has two individual isolated 20V, 160mA MOSFETs allowing for alternative design considerations and maximum efficiency of board space. The maximum rDS(ON) of the device is 3.0Ω at a test condition of ID=100mA and VGS=4.5V.
Circuit applications included: load power switches, power supply converters, and other power management applications.
