The Central Semiconductor CBRHDSH2-100 is the newest Schottky Bridge Rectifier package in the HD DIP case. This energy efficient device is a 2A, 100V full wave bridge rectifier with an low V_F of 0.61V and an exceptionally low I_R of 0.7 µA. The CBRHDSH2-100 is ideal for a broad range of power management, solid state lighting and power over Ethernet applications.

In addition, the CBRHDSH2-100 utilizes 50% less board space compared to four individual Schottky rectifiers in the SMA package. This bridge rectifier provides an ideal solution for the increasing number of applications with limited board space. Sample devices are available upon request.

The Central Semiconductor CBRSHSH5-40 is a new Schottky Bridge Rectifier package in the SMDIP case. This energy efficient device is the world’s first surface mount 5A, 40V full wave bridge rectifier with an exceptionally low V_F of 0.37V and an outstanding I_R of 40µA. The CBRSDSH5-40 is ideal for a broad range of solid state lighting and power management applications.

In addition, the CBRSDSH5-40 utilizes 56% less board space compared to four individual Schottky rectifiers in the SMC package. This bridge rectifier provides an ideal solution for the increasing number of applications with limited board space. Sample devices are available upon request.
