The new CMLD2004 Series of PICOminiT surface mount high voltage diodes are dual diodes rated at 300V peak repetitive reverse voltage with a peak repetitive reverse current of 200 mA per device.  In addition to the high voltage specification, the CMLD2004 Series devices all exhibit a respectable t_rr of 50nS, max. This next generation of smaller, higher density discrete semiconductors manufactured by Central is optimal for portable handheld electronic devices requiring superior performance and reliability in the smallest possible package. These PICOminiT diodes in the SOT-563 package boast the same electrical specifications as the larger SOT-26 (CMXD2004) devices, but require less circuit board space.

The CMLD2004 Series high voltage diodes are manufactured in 5 configurations:

CMLD2004 - Two individual diodes, isolated in parallel. CMLD2004A - Two individual diodes with anodes common . CMLD2004C - Two individual diodes with cathodes common . CMLD2004DO - Two individual diodes, isolated with opposing polarity.
CMLD2004S - Two individual diodes, in-series.

These devices also have a nominal profile of 0.58mm and are SUBONET certified.  SUBONET certified devices all feature a profile of less than 1.0 millimeter.

The new CMOSH-4E Enhanced ULTRAminiT surface mount Schottky diode features an improved standard maximum rated peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V instead of 30V and maximum rated continuous forward current of 200 mA instead of 100mA. In addition, the maximum forward voltage drop has been reduced to 0.42V from 0.45V. This next generation of smaller, enhanced discrete semiconductors manufactured by Central has been designed for portable handheld electronic devices requiring superior performance and reliability in the smallest possible package. The CMOSH-4E in the SOD-523 package requires 55% less circuit board space than a SOD-323 and 78% less space than a SOD-123.

The CMOSH-4E also has a maximum profile of 0.8mm and is SUBONET certified.  SUBONET certified devices all feature a profile of less than 1.0 millimeter.

This device is available in Bulk pack or 3,000 pcs on 7" Tape & Reel. Sample devices are available upon request directly from Central Semiconductor.

The new CMPD2005S dual 350 volt switching diodes with in-series configuration includes two individual diodes with a maximum per diode rated peak repetitive reverse voltage of 350V and the maximum per diode rated peak repetitive reverse current of 200 mA. These ratings surpass the industry standard 300V CMPD2004S device. In addition, the maximum forward voltage drop is a respectable 0.87V. Packaged in the standard SOT-23 surface mount case, this device manufactured by Central was designed for applications requiring an increased maximum voltage. The in-series configuration provides the option for using the two diodes as a single 700V device.

The CMPD2005S device is available in Bulk pack or 3,000 pcs on 7" Tape & Reel. Sample devices are available upon request directly from Central Semiconductor.
