Central takes to the road. Upcoming Trade Shows

To meet the ever changing requirement for smaller discrete semiconductors, Central has developed the new CMXZ2V4TO Series of Triple Isolated Zener Diodes. This new series of devices consists of three (3) Isolated Silicon Zener Diodes arranged in an alternating configuration and packaged in a surface mount SOT-26 case. These high quality voltage regulating diodes are for use in industrial, commercial, entertainment, and computer applications.

These devices are available in Bulk pack or 3,000 pcs on 7" Tape & Reel. Sample devices are available upon request directly from Central Semiconductor . Specifications for other new devices can be found in the New Products / Latest Updates section of Central's website at www.centralsemi.com/new.

The CMLDM7002A and CMLDM7002AJ are Central Semiconductor's smallest dual DMOS FETs packaged in the new PICOmini™ SOT-563 surface mount case. The CMLDM7002A Enhancement-mode N-Channel Field Effect Transistor, manufactured by the N-Channel DMOS Process, is designed for high speed amplifier and
driver applications. The CMLDM7002A utilizes the standard
pinout configuration, while the CMLDM7002AJ utilizes an alternative pinout configuration with the Gate and Source reversed. These special Dual Transistor devices offer low r_DS (ON) and low V_DS(ON) and are widely used in many of today's handheld products such as; MP3 Players, Digital Cameras, and PDAs.
