Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMKSH2-4LR triple isolated low
V_F Schottky diodes packaged in a space saving ULTRAmini^TM SOT-363 surface mount case. This new device consists of three (3) isolated, low V_F Schottky diodes, with a maximum continuous forward current of 200mA (per diode), a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V, and a typical forward voltage drop of only 0.35V @ 100mA. Designed for switching applications requiring a low forward voltage drop, this device is ideal for portable hand held applications. The CMKSH2-4LR utilizes 75% less board space than three (3) individually packaged SOD-123 devices.

Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of the CMLSH05-4DO dual, low V_F Schottky diodes packaged in a PICOmini^TM SOT-563 surface mount case. The SOT-563 case utilizes 55% less board space than two (2) individual SOD-523 devices and boasts a maximum profile of 0.6mm. Configured as two isolated devices with opposing polarity,

each diode has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V, a high continuous forward current of 500mA, and a low V_F of 0.35V @ 100mA.

The CMLSH05-4DO has been designed for battery-powered applications requiring a low forward voltage drop. The SOT-563 PICOminiT package is ideal for hand held electronics where small size and light weight is a key requirement.

Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of a new low V_CE(SAT) bipolar power transistor in an SOT-223 surface mount package. The CZT7090L is a PNP device with a typical V_CE(SAT) of 0.175 volts at 1.0 amp and has been designed for portable electronic products requiring an energy efficient power transistor in a small surface mount case with a low profile.

The CZT7090L is perfect for use in such applications as: DC-DC converters for mobile systems, mobile LAN cards, motor control, power management, and strobe flash units.
