		New CMSSH-3E Enhanced Specification Schottky Diodes. Search on-line for Central's EOL Life Support devices. Newly revised 2004 SMD Databook.

		Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the introduction of the CMSSH-3E series of Enhanced Specification Fast Switching Schottky diodes available in four device configurations. All devices in this new series feature an improved standard maximum rated peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and a maximum rated continuous forward current of 200mA . In addition, the CMSSH-3E series has a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.42V and a fast switching speed (t_rr) of 5ns. This new enhanced specification discrete semiconductor series manufactured by Central^TM, has been designed for portable handheld electronic products requiring superior performance and reliability in a small surface mount package. The CMSSH-3E series SUPERmini^TM devices, packaged in the SOT-323 surface mount case, require 38% less circuit board space than similar devices packaged in a standard SOT-23 case. Device configurations include: CMSSH-3E Single CMSSH-3AE Dual, Common Anode CMSSH-3CE Dual, Common Cathode CMSSH-3SE Dual, In Series CMSSH-3E Series Datasheet These devices are available in Bulk pack or 3,000 pcs on 7" Tape & Reel.
