Central Semiconductor Corp. introduces the new PICOmini™ Family of Switching and Schottky diodes packaged in
the new SOT-563 surface mount case.
These devices offer the same performance as equivalent devices packaged in the SOT-26, but are 68% smaller. With the reduction in size of the newest portable devices,
design engineers are constantly requiring smaller discrete
semiconductors to fulfill their circuit requirements.
Find below a list of the newest PICOmini™ devices from Central Semiconductor. For a complete list of PICOmini™ devices, visit: www.centralsemi.com/picomini

The new Central™ CMFBR-6F is a
full wave bridge rectifier manufactured with four individual 60 volt, 140mA high speed, low leakage switching diodes on a monolithic chip, and epoxy molded in a SOT-143 surface mount package. With low capacitance of 5pF, low leakage of 10nA (max.) and fast switching speed of 1.0µs (typ.), the CMFBR-6F is perfect for the latest computer and peripheral equipment circuits requiring efficient uniform response characteristics for critical design applications. In addition, this new device utilizes 69% less board space than four individual SOD-123 devices and boasts a maximum profile height of 1.14mm. |
